Administration Dues

32. Administration dues from vessels of groups A, B, C, D shall be collected for each inward passage according to the following rates:

USD 0.014 per 1 cu m for foreign-going vessels;
USD 0.0014 per 1 cu m for vessels in coastal voyages.

Vessels calling for clearance formalities (without cargo operations) shall be exempted from Administration dues.

Discounts granted by the ports as per agreements with the Shipowners shall not extend to Administration dues.

Vessels of groups A, B, C and D which, during the same voyage, call successively at several Ukrainian ports for cargo operations shall pay administration dues only in the first port of call.

33. Vessels of groups E, F shall be exempted from Administration dues.

34. Administration Dues collected by ports shall be transferred to the state budget.
