Anchorage Dues

29. Anchorage dues for riding at anchor in the inner roads of a sea or river port over 12 hours, shall be levied on vessels of Groups A, B at the following daily rates per cu m for the actual period of anchorage:

Foreign-going vessels	USD 0.0027
Vessels in coastal voyages	USD 0.00027

Anchorage Dues on vessels of Groups A and B staying in the inner roads of the Dnepro-Bugsky port for more than 12 hours shall be collected by the Sea State Administration of the port.

Anchorage Dues on vessels of Group F (racing boats, private yachts, sailing and fishing ships) staying in the inner roads of the Dnepro-Bugsky sea port shall be collected by the Sea State Administration of the port.

30. Anchorage dues on vessels of group C, D and F (racing boats, private yachts and sailing and fishing ships) shall be charged at the following rates for a 30-day stay in inner roads:

Vessels on foreign-going voyages	USD 18.00
Vessels on coastal voyages	USD 1.80

For each additional day of stay in inner roads exceeding the said period anchorage dues shall be charged at the following rates:

Vessels on foreign-going voyages	USD 2.00
Vessels on coastal voyages	USD 1.00

31. Vessels of groups E and F (except racing boats, private yachts and sailing ships) shall be exempted from payment of anchorage dues.
