Mooring Dues

31. Mooring dues for mooring, unmooring, dragging alongside a wharf or shifting from one wharf to another of vessels of all groups, except C, D and E and F shall be collected at the following rates:

32. The dragging of a vessel alongside a wharf at a distance exceeding the vessel's length shall be considered as two operations; at a shorter distance - as one operation.

33. Shifting of a vessel from one wharf to another shall be considered as two operations.
