67. Removal of polluted materials by port facilities
shall be charged at rated, established by Port president in the
following cases:
1) removal of emulsion and ballast waters;
2) after 30 days of vessel's staying in the port;
3) vessels of groups B, C, D, E and F from which sanitary dues
are not collected;
4) at ports, which do not have facilities for removal of all
polluted materials.
Additional services not mentioned in the present regulations
shall be paid for according to tariffs approved by general
directors of the ports and heads of shipping agencies
respectively.
At this settlements with national shipowners shall be performed
on agreement of the parties.
